You can use this online consultation system to read our Draft Local Plan and to make comments during the consultation. For instructions on how to use the system and make comments, please see our help guide.

We are carrying out a Regulation 18 “issues and options” consultation to try to give as many people as possible the chance to have your say on the Local Plan.  We want to hear your comments to help us make the Plan the best it can be.  It is also a chance to put forward potential sites for development, so long as these can provide 10 or more dwellings.

When adopted the Local Plan is the legal starting point for determining planning applications. It will help shape Torbay over the next 20 years.
