What is the consultation about? 
 
Torbay Council has launched a Regulation 18 consultation in support of the emerging Local Plan. Regulation 18 is an early stage in the local plan process, also known as the preparation stage. This stage involves consulting on a draft version of the plan which will include the scope and content of the plan. 
 
How the information you provide will be used: 

The information you provide will be processed by Torbay Council and JDi Solutions Ltd, working on behalf of the council, in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2023.  JDi Solutions Ltd are appointed by the council to carry out our online consultation using OpusConsult. 

Your responses will be stored as an electronic image and/or in a database. Responses will only be used to assist in the analysis of opinion and will not be retained for longer than necessary.   

By providing your personal data, you acknowledge that you have read and understand this Data Privacy Statement, and that you agree that Torbay Council and JDi Solutions Ltd may process personal data relating to you for the purposes detailed above, and in accordance with all applicable legislation.
