We the trustees and committee of the Oldway Gardens Group CIO, on behalf of all our volunteers, object strongly to HP3.8.

This plan was approved 15 years ago, things have changed completely since that time, it is now inappropriate to build family homes on Oldway Gardens as is indicated in the 2011 planning application.

Oldway is not just a patch of land – it is a historic estate, public green space, and a vital part of Paignton’s heritage and wellbeing. The gardens are used daily by locals and visitors, playing an important role in biodiversity, mental health, and community life.
