The previous version of Strategic Policy TAS: Transport Vision and Hierarchy made a specific reference to the Local Cycling and Walking Infrastructure Plan (LCWIP). This revised policy statement is reasonably sound but it would be improved with the reinstatement of the specific reference to the Local Cycling and Walking Infrastructure Plan (LCWIP).
