In supporting SC5 it is understood that the list of facilities relating to new development in the policy wording will be fully reflective of the list in paragraph 5.35, specifically with reference to places of worship / and spiritual facilities. This reflects the provisions of NPPF chapter 16 and also policies elsewhere in the Local Plan eg SCS (iv) and (xiii), INS etc. It would be helpful if this could be made explicit and/or the same definitive list of facilities be included at all relevant points in the Plan, or cross referenced as appropriate, so that nothing is unintentionally omitted.
